Welcome to Ann Pain Japan (annpain.com). By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the terms below. Please read them before shopping with us.

About Our Products

  • We specialize in pre-owned and collectible Japanese goods, including trading cards, figures, games, and related items.
  • Condition is described individually on each product listing. Please read the condition notes carefully before ordering.
  • Product photos show the actual item you will receive, unless a listing states otherwise (for example, a reference photo for a new/sealed item).
  • All prices on this site are shown in Japanese Yen (JPY).

Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. Because some of our inventory is also listed on other marketplaces, an item can occasionally become unavailable after you order it. If this happens, we will cancel the affected order and issue a full refund — we will never charge you for an item we can't ship.

Ask Me / Proxy Purchase Requests

Through our Ask Me page or Instagram DM, you can request items we don't currently have listed, proxy purchases from Japanese marketplaces and stores, or bulk/wholesale orders. These requests are quoted individually, since pricing depends on the specific item(s) and service requested. Once we agree on a quote, we'll send you a draft order to review and pay — nothing is charged before you confirm.

Intellectual Property

All text, images, logos, and other content on this site belong to Ann Pain Japan or are used with permission, unless otherwise noted. Product images and descriptions may not be copied or reused without our consent. Any third-party trademarks or copyrighted characters shown on collectible items belong to their respective owners; we make no claim of affiliation with those rights holders unless stated.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ann Pain Japan is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or your purchase of our products. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from your use of this site or your order will be handled under Japanese law.
