All items sold by Ann Pain Japan ship from Fukuoka, Japan.

Handling Time

Orders ship within 10 business days of purchase, often sooner. Handling time does not include transit time. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping methods, shown at checkout based on your destination:

Economy

Japan Post international air-mail service (air packet), tracked, for packages up to 2kg. Not available for Middle East destinations (United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia) — please choose Express for these countries.

Estimated delivery time: about 2–3 weeks after shipment.

Express

FedEx (via our logistics partner eLogi), tracked, for packages up to 10kg.

Estimated delivery time: about 3–5 business days after shipment. Customs clearance can occasionally add extra time; the carrier will notify you if anything is needed on your side.

Rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and package weight. Reference rates (in JPY) by zone:

Economy (Japan Post Air Packet, tracked, up to 2kg)

Weight tiers used for calculation: 0.1kg / 0.3kg / 0.5kg / 1kg / 2kg. Not available for AE / SA.

The exact rate for your order's actual weight is calculated automatically at checkout — you'll always see the final shipping cost before you pay.

Tracking

Every shipment includes tracking. A tracking number is sent to your email once your order ships.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

United States orders: Import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, together with your order total. There are no surprise fees on delivery.

All other destinations: Import duties, taxes, and any customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are collected by the carrier or your local customs authority on delivery. These charges vary by country and are outside our control.

Delivery Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout, including apartment/unit number, postal code, and any delivery instructions. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incomplete or incorrect address.

Undeliverable / Returned-to-Sender Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (for example, due to an incorrect address or an uncollected delivery), we will contact you. Reshipping the item will be at the buyer's cost.
